Harrogate Theatre’s Fundraising Committee are scouring the District to uncover the next big thing and prove that Harrogate’s got talent. In this spectacular variety concert twelve finalists battle it out to become The Big T2010.
 
With celebrity judges and you the audience voting for the winner on the night this will be the most exciting variety show Harrogate has ever seen.
 
All proceeds from The Big T will go towards the Next Stage – Harrogate Theatre’s latest phase of refurbishment which will see the backstage areas transformed to allow for bigger and better shows.
 
AUDITIONS
 
Auditions will be held at the Cairn Hotel, Harrogate on 4 & 5 September and competitors must be prepared to attend a second audition if requested.
 
THE GRAND FINAL
 
The Grand Final will be held at Harrogate Theatre on Saturday 25 September.
 
The production will be a fully staged variety show featuring all the acts selected at audition and will be performed before celebrity judges
 
Prizes will be awarded to the top three acts, the winners being selected by the judges and the entire audience who will vote for their favourites on the night
 
CONDITIONS  

• Competitors must live within Harrogate and District
• Competitors must be over the age of ten - there is no upper age limit. 
• Acts must provide their own self contained backing tracks on CD
• In case of dispute the Event Management’s decision is final

 
All proceeds from the event will be donated to "The Next Stage", the latest phase of the restoration of Harrogate Theatre to modernize and upgrade the backstage areas with 21^st Century technology
