Alex Moran - Nominated for 'Best Actor in a Fringe Production' at the Manchester Theatre Awards

Christopher Ward - Nominated for 'Best Actor' at the Buxton Fringe Awards

Edinburgh. The 19th Century. A world of shadows and invisible women...

Henry Jekyll returns to ‘Auld Reekie’, a respectable physician. At first, his good friend and lawyer Utterson is elated by the news. Yet on reuniting with the doctor, Utterson can’t help but suspect that something is amiss in the Jekyll house. The doctor’s health is deteriorating, his former recklessness replaced by religious zeal. What secret knowledge is the butler hiding, and who is the evasive and unpleasant new lab assistant, Mr Hyde?

“Moran possesses rare talent, gifted with versatility and energy, able to switch from the respectable Jekyll to the wide-eyed violent Hyde in a thrice.” The Arts Desk

Hyde’s maiden tour of the North achieved sell out success and critical acclaim throughout, and was nominated for both Best Actor (Christopher Ward) and Best Production at the Buxton Fringe 2011.
