COMPERE: Danny Deegan

With the confidence and swagger that you might expect of a North-West comedian at the very top of his game, Danny Deegan is a comedian, writer and actor who has become a regular at most of the major comedy clubs in the UK since he began performing in 2003.
"Charming, witty and most importantly funny" Metro
Johnny F Monotone
Johnny F. Monotone: Park Raconteur, Semi-Amatuer Demotivational Speaker and Wheelie Bin Enthusiast.
Johnny has been a regular on certain circuits for over ten years, but has only recently broken into the world of comedy via an unlocked window. His unique style of "comedy" quickly marked him as someone to watch, especially with drinks or when in a darkened room, and he been all over the country delivering his incomparable blend of homespun wisdom, unexpected insight and correct waste management knowledge. Due to a clerical error, he was a finalist in Chortle Student Comedian of the Year 2012 despite being neither a student nor a comedian, and has been described by several audience members as "impossible to forget".
“wonderfully dry lines, delivered with unflinching deadpan” - Steve Bennett, Chortle

"An unnerving character whose unblinking manner and furtive garb cleverly divert the audience's attention away from just how strong the actual jokes are.” - Silky, Kill For A Seat

President Obonjo

The name is  President Obonjo of Lafta Republic   and I have been performing stand-up comedy since late 2010 . My set combines story lines , with humour drawing on my African and British influences and the  impact they have had on my life ,  I also talk about the stereotypes of being  a Nigerian , the impact of Social media on my life. Also included in my acts are political, topical and observational comedy . President Obonjo is a creative thinker.

Recent Awards - Luton Comedian of the Year 2013 , Beat the Frog in Manchester 2013 , Bath Comedy Gladiators 2013 and Hastings Comedian of the Month 2013
