- 78,000+ people will be welcomed through our doors, experiencing performances we’ve programmed and produced at Harrogate Theatre and other accessible, step-free venues across town.
- Harrogate Youth Theatre will remain an inclusive, empowering space where young people can explore their creativity and become their true selves… and other characters!
- 7,500 school children and youth group members will be given the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre through subsidised tickets to our annual pantomime.
- Local artists will receive free rehearsal space and mentoring to help them create new, dynamic performances that will shape the future of theatre.
While ticket sales play an essential role in our work, they aren’t enough to sustain all the extraordinary projects we run, both on stage and behind the scenes. Here’s how your donation can make a difference:
- £10 funds creative materials for an inspiring schools workshop
- £25 pays for a ticket for a disabled patron to bring a carer with them to a performance
- £50 helps us to maintain the seating in our Main Auditorium
- £100 funds four costumes for one of our youth theatre productions
- £150 – £250 supports an artist or company for a day of development
- £500 covers the cost of captioning a performance for d/Deaf or hard-of-hearing audience members, making theatre more accessible for all.
