Sound Bath Experience on Stage
Join us for a special sound bath onstage led by Samantha Scahill. Bringing together the majestic setting of Harrogate Theatre’s iconic stage and the magical sound of crystal bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the sounds ripple through your body.
Participants must bring their own mat and may like to bring a light blanket, pillow and an eye mask for additional comfort. Please note that the stage is slightly sloped.
Whilst level access is available into the auditorium, access to the stage is by stairs only. Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone, including but not limited to; those with tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy or those who are pregnant. By making a booking you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
