We are welcoming spring with a vibrant new season packed with powerful drama, big laughs, breathtaking dance and magical theatre for all ages. The programme brings together acclaimed professional productions, outstanding local talent and a wide range of live events across Harrogate Theatre, the Royal Hall and Harrogate Convention Centre.

The drama season opens with Glitch (Thu 12 – Sat 14 Mar), a moving true story inspired by the experiences of sub-postmasters across the UK, followed by the fast-paced comedy thriller The Grand Babylon Hotel (Wed 01 – Sat 04 Apr). Fans of classic mystery can look forward to Sherlock Holmes – The Hunt for Moriarty (Wed 29 Apr – Sat 02 May), a thrilling new adventure inspired by the world of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Community theatre remains at the heart of the programme, with Harrogate Dramatic Society presenting Handbagged (Wed 25 – Sat 28 Feb) and Ink (Wed 29 Apr – Sat 02 May). Harrogate Phoenix Players bring The Great British Bake Off Musical (Wed 18 – Sat 21 Mar), while RAOS Musical Theatre Company presents the much-loved 9 to 5 The Musical (Wed 15 – Sat 18 Apr).

Comedy highlights include Sara Pascoe, Anna Soden and Bridget Christie, alongside the return of the popular Hyena Lounge Comedy Club. The dance programme features the high-energy The Tap Factory, James Wilton Dance’s Bach Reimagined and Rendez-Vous Dance’s The Monocle.
