In 2015/16 Harrogate Theatres sold 174,728 tickets to over 700 arts performances across the region. We have therefore identified a need for a new role to be created to support the sales and marketing activity, and for this new role to play a key role in the development of a new Communications & Digital strategy. With a broad portfolio of activity and a small but dedicated team, this role will play a large part in developing and maintaining efficient and effective management systems and driving sales across the board.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to drive and evaluate all sales & marketing campaigns across print media, broadcast and new media and manage marketing personnel in order to optimise ticket sales and increase the profile of Harrogate Theatres' activities. 

They will work closely with the Head of Marketing to prepare and deliver Harrogate Theatres Marketing & PR plan across Harrogate Theatre’s overall product portfolio. They will also work with Box Office, Communications, Finance, and Programming to set and meet targets for the live programme of events across 5 venues; Harrogate Theatre Main Auditorium and Studio, HIVE education space, the Royal Hall and Harrogate International Centre.
