We are offering a week-long work experience placement for 10 students from years 10–13, from Monday 13th-Friday 17th July 2026.
Across the week you will be working as part of a group of work experience students on a week long project. During the placement you will experience live theatre and spend time working alongside a range of departments such as Creative Engagement, Box Office, Front of House, Programming, Production and Marketing to get a broad experience of how Harrogate Theatre runs day-to-day.

Candidates will then be shortlisted and invited to an informal workshop interview.
Please note: we are not able to offer any specialised work experience placements in stage management, wardrobe/makeup, directing or set design. Demand for placements is extremely high. Priority is given to Harrogate Youth Theatre members.
