Fundraising Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in developing the fundraising vision of Harrogate (White Rose) Theatre Trust Ltd that runs Harrogate Theatre and programmes across other town centre venues.

Harrogate is a beautiful spa town that is frequently voted in the top ten places to live in Britain with a vibrant and growing arts culture. The Theatre delivers a mixed economy of produced and received work, it has a buoyant education department and artist development programme. The theatre currently also has programming responsibilities at the 1,000 seat Royal Hall and the 2,000 seat Harrogate Convention Centre.

You will be joining the organisation at a moment of pivotal change as public funding opportunities are rapidly reducing and we look to ensure our sustainability, so funds are invested directly back into the wide range of charitable activities that HWRTT delivers for its community. With a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales, the successful candidate will lead on individual giving and fundraising events. The candidate will be an exceptional team player with a track record in delivering change and will relish the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the arts in Harrogate.

We particularly welcome applications from disabled candidates and those from Global Majority backgrounds as they are currently under-represented within our staff team.
