Harrogate Box Office is based at Harrogate Theatre, Oxford Street, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 1QF Harrogate Box Office sells tickets for many venues in Harrogate including Harrogate Theatre, Royal Hall Harrogate and the Harrogate International Centre amongst many others. Please check your ticket details carefully to ensure you know the correct venue details.
Standard Opening Times: Usual times are Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm or from 1 hr before the start of the performance and until 15 mins after the start of the performance (and varying times on Bank Holidays).

We accept all major credit/debit cards* also Cash, Cheque or any combination of these. Payment may appear on your statement as originating from 'Ticketlord Harrogate T Dublin' *Please note: We do not accept American Express or 19 digit Switch/Debit cards. We also accept our own Harrogate Theatre Gift Certificates. These can be exchanged for any event at Harrogate Theatre, Harrogate Royal Hall or Harrogate Convention Centre. Certificates are valid for 18 months and can be purchased from the Box Office.
The prices for each production can be found on each show page on the Harrogate Theatres website. Concessions can be limited and allocated at the management's discretion. Unless otherwise stated, children under 18 months old go free, if they will sit on an adults lap throughout the performance.
The following groups are eligible for discount tickets on some productions at Harrogate Theatre - Children Under 16, Senior Citizen ( over 60's), anyone receiving unemployment or disability benefits. Family tickets & group discounts for parties of 8 or more may also be available. There may be other concessions available. Please ask the Box Office at the time of booking. Please note not all concessions are available for all performances, ask the Box Office at the time of booking.
Ticket Exchanges / Cancellations:
The Theatre does not permit Tickets to be refunded after purchase, except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Where monies are refunded, such refunds are limited to the face value of the Tickets purchased. Tickets may be exchanged for later performances (if the show has more than once performance) provided that the Theatre receives the tickets at least 24 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings) is due to take place. An additional per ticket handling charge will be payable by you for this service. All Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre's right to make any alterations in the cast or arrangements advertised on the Theatre's website or elsewhere which are rendered necessary by an unavoidable cause.
Tickets are valid only when issued by Harrogate Box Office or an authorised agent. Tickets sold by Harrogate Theatre may not, without written consent of Harrogate Theatre, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium by anyone other than the promoter, venue management or one of their authorised sub-agents. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition it will become void and the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission. We reserve the right to cancel tickets re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain and without prior notice. Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions; details are available from the Box Office. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
