  • Check your junk folder first. You can check on the status of all your tickets by logging into your account. You can either print from here or reaffirm your booking and collect tickets on the way in on the evening. You can also show your tickets on your phone without the need to print them. If all else fails you can collect replacements on the way in on the day. The Box Office opens an hour before the shows.

  • Go to your account and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  • Every disabled patron can get a free companion seat by calling our friendly Box Office team on 01423 502116. They will help with the most suitable seating too. Check our accessibility page for more information 

  • Under 18 months at the time of the performance are considered Babe In arms. As long as they stay on the body, they will not require a ticket. We do not have room for car seats or pushchairs in the auditorium. Please note we do have booster seats in the Stalls at Harrogate Theatre for our more diminutive patrons! Available on a first come/first served basis. Breastfeeding is allowed in all areas, wherever is most comfortable for you and your Baby,

  • At Harrogate Theatre, our boxes seat 4 people.  You need to buy the one ticket for a box. Please note all Boxes at Harrogate Theatre offer a restricted view of the stage. The seats are movable for your comfort. Please call us for advice if you are in doubt about booking a Box. Sightlines vary according to event.

    At the Royal Hall the boxes seat 2 people and although clear the view is sideways to the stage. They are not restricted view.

  • The running time (including any interval) is posted on the event page. If there is not one there, then we do not have it yet. It will be posted just inside the doors on the night at Harrogate Theatre, Royal Hall, and Harrogate Convention Centre.

  • It might be that the show is not on sale yet. For early access to on sale shows you can become a member here.

  • Every event is different. Some seats are never on sale because of stage extensions. Some events have a reduced capacity to create a certain ambience. Some events have seats released in a certain pattern to ‘dress’ the auditorium. If in doubt, please call our friendly team on 01423 502116.

  • We do not allow hot food into any of the auditoriums.

    If you bring liquids into the venues, you will be asked to either abandon it or take a sip of it to ensure it is not dangerous.

    No hot foods or drinks are allowed within the auditorium unless sold by the venues.

    Our bars and sweet shop sell a selection of crisps, chocolate, sweets and mints.
    Bag checks may  take place before entry. No Backpacks are allowed.
    Every venue has water stations or water on the Bars for you to use freely.

  • Please write out the dedication and pass to the Box Office on the way into your show. Room permitting it will be included in the second half. We cannot accept dedications before the show.

  • A touch tour is available on audio described and some relaxed shows to allow familiarisation with the set and props and the theatre. Customers are taken on stage where appropriate so that they can touch specific props to make themselves familiar with them.

    For relaxed performances it is a good tool to familiarise yourself with the feel of the venue and what to expect when you arrive.

    For Audio Described shows this is led by the audio describers.

    For relaxed performances it will be led by a member of staff from the Theatre or visiting company.
