Harrogate Theatre April Open Day
Look around Harrogate Theatre this Easter on a special backstage tour.
Thursday 13 April sees Harrogate Theatre welcome the public in to experience behind the scenes with some extra special tours.
Taking place from 10am, tours will run every 30 minutes to 1.30pm and will last approximately 50 minutes with the option to add on a delicious cream tea.
During the tour, the expert tour guides will entertain you with tales about Harrogate Theatre’s fascinating history as you look around the auditorium and tread the boards yourself. You’ll also experience a dazzling sound and light demonstration before journeying backstage to see where the actors get ready for their show. These tours are the perfect way to introduce children to the theatre building and to find out more about a local cultural gem.
Colouring activities, a dress up corner and the circle bar will be open throughout for refreshments and free activities.
Tours sell very quickly so book soon to avoid disappointment.
Please note access around Harrogate Theatre is by stairs only. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
