We have a number of BSL and captioned performances. Please see the list of current access shows for BSL here and captions here. At Harrogate Theatre we have a limited number of headsets to work with various types of hearing aids. If you think this might help you please speak to a Member of the team on the way in.

Relaxed Performances are designed to welcome people with a learning disability, Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Condition or sensory and communication difficulties. For Harrogate Theatre, the best position would be in the Stalls, level access can be from the back of the Theatre. For the Royal Hall, the best position is the Grand Circle. Level access is available from the right-hand door of the Royal Hall which is also used for wheelchair access. For Harrogate Convention centre, the front row of Block H. J.K, L and M are the best, all accessed via the lift from level 5. Call us on 01423 502116 to book.

Comfort seats are slightly larger than normal with a slightly larger gap between them and the next seat for easier access and of course comfort. Comfort seats at Harrogate Theatre are in the Stalls at both ends of Row’s D, J and L.
